Refund policy

At Eco Impakt, we want your transition to sustainable period care to be a smooth and enjoyable experience. We understand that making the switch can be a significant decision, especially when purchasing online. To ease your concerns, we offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Trial for our first-time customers.

Here's how it works:

  • Within 30 days after your order has been delivered, you have the opportunity to try one of our products.
  • If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product's performance, we will gladly refund the purchase price of that item, excluding shipping costs.
  • You have the option to keep the remaining items from your order or gift them to an eco-conscious friend.
  • If you prefer, you can choose to donate the unused items to charitable organizations to ensure they do not go to waste.
  • This offer is only validΒ on one panty already worn

Please note that our return policy does not apply to the following scenarios:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchase of the wrong item
  • Finding the product at a lower price elsewhere
  • Did not like the purchase or had no use for it
  • If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

No Returns Policy

Due to hygiene, health, and safety standards, Eco Impakt strictly implements a "No Returns Policy" for sanitary products. These products cannot be resold once they have been purchased, regardless of claims regarding their unused, unworn, and unwashed condition. This policy is in place to protect both our valued customers and our dedicated warehouse staff.

Faulty Products

In the rare event that you receive a faulty product, we are here to assist you. To expedite the resolution process and minimize any inconvenience on your end, please provide us with clear photos showcasing the issue with the items received within 30 days of your order's delivery. We may then proceed to send you a replacement, issue a refund, or provide store credit equivalent to the value of the faulty product.

Sale Items Refund Condition:

Refunds are not available for sale items. Sale items are those products that are specifically marked down and offered with an additional discounted price using a coupon code. These items are considered final sale and do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges under regular circumstances.

Exceptions to this policy include situations where:

  • Your item arrived damaged.
  • Your item does not comply with the technical description.
  • Your item has manufacturing defects.
  • You did not receive your order after 45 days.

In these exceptional cases, we will work with you to address the issue, which may involve a refund, replacement, or alternative resolution as deemed appropriate.

Cancellations

Please be aware that we are unable to accommodate order cancellations after a period of 2 hours has elapsed from the time of purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

We do proper investigations on each of the following cases

Reasons applicable:
- Your item arrived damaged.
- Your item does not comply with the technical description.
- Your item has manufacturing defects.
- You did not receive your order after 45 days.

Note* If you have not received your order after 45 days and we can confirm that your package could not be delivered for some reason, we will issue a refund.Β 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
